Kim Kardashian Files for Divorce

According to TMZ Kim Kardashian will be filing for divorce after 72 days of marriage.

The official filing date is 10/31/2011
"Yes @kimkardashian is filing for divorce this morning," Tweets Ryan Seacrest, who produces her reality show. "I touched base with her." 

 It's a garden variety divorce, in which Kim cites "irreconcilable differences.
Kim does have a Pre-Nup with Kris Humphiries
The tabloids have been reporting that the two have been seen apart lately.
For Halloween, Kardashian, dressed as Poison Ivy, hosted a party solo, telling PEOPLE that her husband was not around because she was headed to Australia this week.
